overall the animation turned out well. it is a good representation of your word. there are a couple of spots that it seems like the animation could be smoother and i am not sure how his arm ripping off relates to the rest of the piece.
This is definitely an interesting idea, but I don't think it gets across the concept of "paper" very well, although I can't even think of a way to illustrate paper.... I don't get the part where the character's arm goes flying off, so maybe the meaning of that bit is not obvious enough.
I think the quality of the animation is good, it being drawn in a sort of sketchy style gives it more motion and life. Also, I think the way you rendered the wind at the beginning is effective, the way it moves suggests a breeze.

Conceptual your project works well with your word. I think you found an interesting way to animate the word paper and your characters had personality.
The only technical thing that may bother someone is when the paper character shrinks before it consumes the person.
The part were the man is eaten by the paper is very well done.
